What property teams ask first.

What does it cost the building?
Smorgz is free to enable for most buildings — tenants pay for their own food and delivery is included. Where a building wants a subsidised or fully-hosted model, we’ll price that in the walkthrough.
Do we need space or a kitchen?
No. Kitchens cook off-site and deliver in. All you provide is a drop-off point per zone — a reception desk or floor lobby is enough.
How does delivery actually work?
Because orders close the night before, deliveries are batched into one run per zone at the time you set — not dozens of couriers arriving all afternoon.
What about food safety and allergens?
Every kitchen is vetted during onboarding, and full allergen information is shown at the point of order. We manage vendor compliance so your team doesn’t have to.
What size building suits Smorgz?
It works best for multi-tenant offices from roughly 150 desks upward, where there’s enough daily demand to keep a curated set of kitchens busy.
Can companies subsidise their team’s lunch?
Yes. Companies in your building can fund all or part of their team’s lunch with their own codes — a perk that supports return-to-office. You enable Smorgz; they choose whether to subsidise.
How do tenants pay?
Each person pays for their own order in the app. There’s no shared account to administer and no invoicing on the building unless you choose a hosted model.
